Change of name to Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc

MedaPhor Group plc announces that, pursuant to the resolution passed at the General Meeting held on 12 December 2018 (RNS ref: 2840K), it has changed its name to Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group"). MedaPhor Group plc Trading Update

MedaPhor Group plc (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company,   announces that Group turnover for the year to 31 December 2018, which was generated entirely by the Group’s Simulation Division, is expected to grow by approximately 27% to between £5.3m and £5.4m (2017: £4.2m).  The pre-exceptionals EBITDA loss for the year is expected to be around £3m (2017: Loss, £1.7m). Results of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights

Accordingly, the Company has raised £5.08 million in the Placing and Open Offer and has issued and allotted 59,750,331 Placing and Open Offer Shares, conditional only on Admission becoming effective. The Open Offer closed for acceptances at 11.00 a.m. on 11 December 2018. Placing an open offer and notice of General Meeting [26/11/18]

MedaPhor (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, announces that it is proposing to raise £5.0 million (before the deduction of fees and expenses) through the conditional issue of 58,823,530 Placing Shares at 8.5 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, the Company is proposing to raise up to a further £2.1 million approximately (before the deduction of fees and expenses) through an Open Offer via the issue of up to 24,219,354 Open Offer Shares at 8.5 pence per Ordinary Share. MedaPhor commences clinical trial for AnatomyGuide

MedaPhor (AIM:MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, announces it is commencing a clinical trial within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board to capture data for its AnatomyGuide artificial intelligence (AI) software for ultrasound-guided anaesthetic procedures such as peripheral nerve blocks.
